We offer flow cell adapters for various volume currents and applications.
 
small volume:

This adapter has to be attached to the sensor-head. It is suitable for volume currents of max. 5 l/min. There are two thread holes of respectively 1/8 '' diameter for cleaning options.

For the measurement of greater volume currents we offer different change fittings for plugging in the sensor head completely. These adapters are screwed or welded between two pipe joints. The adapters are available in various diameters and materials (CrNi, PP, PVDF).

flow adapter for big volume flow adapter for big volume pressure line, closed systems:

For applications under high pressure we also offer pressure proofed change fittings. This adapter contains an integrated lock valve. The integrated tap and the cleaning opening allow maintenance and cleaning of the measuring probe during the running process. Thus this adapter is particular suitable for the installation in reaction vessels with high pressure. The maximum pressure is 4 bar. The system is made of CrNi. Coupling: 1 ¼ " with thread.

installation versions for life-science, food and pharmaceutical industries:

For applications in life-science, food and pharmacy specific sensor versions with special hygienic design are available. By using standard aseptic couplings like Varivent® of "Tuchenhagen" or "BioConnect®" of "Neumo", the sensor can be integrated directly into the process via pipes, vessels or units of all kinds.
