The growing consumption of ultrapure water and slurries caused by CMP-processes in the semiconductor industry requires new solutions to economize these cost intensive resources. The Aello 5000 plus is an innovative segregation system for the segregation of waste water by concentration and kind of waste. This concept allows the purposeful treatment of CMP waste water streams by:

  • increase of the recycling rate of waste water
  • reduction of CMP-waste
  • recycling of CMP-slurries for reuse in other industries
  • prevention of pipe jams caused by the mixing of chemical reactive components
