Aello IPT software - description

The direct view in the processes gives a lot of information of the product (particle) behavior. With the help of Aello Images Processing Tools – Software it will be possible to get various particle parameters from your images. As source of images you can use all device available or your already taken pictures. In combination with the Aello 7100 device the software combine control of picture taking and images analyzing.

The experiences of Aello in particle characterization in the field of milling, crys-tallization, foreign particle detection, pelletizer etc. guided the development of this software. She owns two user interfaces. One works with already complete analysis routines – the analyzing interface. This interface has a closed graphical layout. It will be use be the customer for standard analysis (laboratory or industry).

The second user interface is for individual creation of image analysis procedures – the editing modus. The modular structure of the software allows the self-creation of needed algorithms for particle characterization. A big library of graphical tools for camera and light control, classical images treatment, particle data inversion, mathematical tools, visualization and data stocking permit an easy creation of special image analysis routines. You make the software fitting on your specific application. This wills be especially interesting for use in research projects. The integration of from customer developed image treatment tools is possible over a dll-interface.
